Are all the products you offer shown on your website?

No! it is impossible to showcase all our products as, apart from there being 100’s of options for each type of product, new products are constantly entering the marketplace. If you have a specific product in mind and can’t see it, feel free to ask!

What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. We can print one-off’s however it is always more cost-effective to order in bulk.

Can I see a sample before placing a large order?

Of course! We offer sample products so you can see and feel the quality before committing to a larger order. Samples may incur a small fee however this will be credited upon placing an order.

What is your delivery time?

Standard delivery times vary based on the product and branding methods. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. We have a wide range of express products that can be dispatched within 24 hours of approval.

What branding methods do you offer?

We offer various branding methods including screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, digital printing, foil blocking, embossing and more. Our team can help you choose the best method for your design and product or feel free to look at our print techniques page.

Can you help me with design work?

Yes!  Our experienced design team is here to help. Whether you need assistance with creating a new design or adjusting an existing one, we offer design services to ensure your merchandise looks perfect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Credit card payments will incur a small admin fee.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping and duty costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and service used. We can also send to individual home addresses.

How can I track my order once it’s been dispatched?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the designated courier’s website.

What is your return policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. Please ensure you check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Orders that have no faults cannot be refunded.

Do your quotes include VAT?

No, quotes do not include VAT. Vat is chargeable on all orders and services delivered in the UK.

What is an origination cost, and why do I need to pay it?

Origination costs encompass the initial setup like creating printing screens, plates, embroidery disks, or moulds necessary to customise products with logos or designs.

Why is there more than one delivery charge on my order?

Multiple delivery charges may appear on your order because we source products from different suppliers. Each supplier ships their products separately to your chosen location(s), resulting in multiple delivery fees. Wherever possible we will consolidate parcels to reduce delivery costs.
